Wicom and Oritor Partnership to Expand Voice over IP Solutions Offerings to the UK

Wicom, the leading European provider of all-IP contact centre solutions and Voice over IP (VoIP) enterprise telephony software, today announced their partnership with leading voice applications company Oritor (formerly Gold Europe). The partnership has been established to offer VoIP based multi-channel solutions for contact centres and enterprise, which enables a more cost efficient and flexible customer service alternative to hardware-based TDM solutions.
Through the partnership, Oritor will be delivering the Wicom solution on a hosted basis or delivered as a premise based solution to small, medium and large enterprise with distributed locations wanting to cut costs while offering better overall customer service. This includes Wicom's modular based applications such as IP Contact Centre, IP Telephony, Task Manager and Voice Self Service.
Wicom chose to align itself with Oritor based on its impressive record in the enterprise customer applications arena. Through the development of packaged applications and the hosting of services on behalf of its customers, Oritor is now positioned as a leader in its field. They have delivered custom applications to a number of blue chip companies adding significant value to their businesses. Some of Oritor's customers include BSkyB, P & G, Centreparcs, IBM, JPMorgan, UPS, BT, CORGI and Somerfields.
